“Where do I begin? What The Rainbow Centre gives Felix is huge. He enjoys attending and tells me about his day and the other children. The routine and physical activities have undoubtedly had a huge impact on his development this year.
Felix’s speech has improved masses – he works really hard to make the correct sounds and is willing and keen to learn. His high kneeling, sit to stand transfers and independent rolling have improved hugely. He is consistently trying to use his left hand much more now for a whole range of activities.
Communication has been the biggest leap for us as a family, his brother can now play and interact much more easily.”

When I came to Rainbow I could do some things but not what I do now.
I walk better and also I can walk a bit unaided and I could not do it at all. Rainbow has taught me some things and have learned a good deal more and really am very grateful. Good luck to you all.

“The Rainbow Centre, for me, was a huge learning curve. I was exposed to an entirely new concept called Conductive Education and feel that everyone should be aware of it! The staff really understand their service users and take an individual approach with them all. They make adults feel comfortable and (from what I witnessed) empowered, and motivate the children so well that their tasks do not feel at all a burden. It is a positive, educative, welcoming Centre and I have thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks’ placement here”.
