A big thank you to everyone at Phillips Solicitors of Basingstoke who have adopted us for 2011 to coincide with their own 25th anniversary. They have lots of fundraising plans for their celebratory year, including being a partner in Basingstoke’s very first Half Marathon on 2nd October and entering a team of 50 runners. Also, in 2012 Phillips’ director Jonathan Pender, will be running the London Marathon for us, for an amazing second time! Pam Whittle, marketing manager at Phillips said: “We are committed to being a responsible, ethical Law firm and we have a long tradition of pro bono and community activity. Our members of staff chose The Rainbow Centre as our ‘Charity of the Year’ so we’re hoping to raise a lot of money whilst at the same time having a lot of fun.”
