Winchester Christmas market

In the dark of the early morning on Fiday 2nd December a Christmas cabin was decorated with all sorts of Christmas goodies and stocking fillers to be sold for Rainbow. In the shadow of the Cathedral, surrounding the ice rink, magical lights twinkled from log cabins and the crowds started to appear to taste the different foods on offer and to buy their last minute presents.

Our stall had jewellery, miniature decorative Christmas trees, medlar jelly, whisky marmalade, cuddly teddy bears, Christmas cards and wrapping and willow wreaths, all made and donated by Rainbow supporters.

Thanks to these lovely helpers and those who helped us to sell everything on the day we raised a magnificent £460.
